Embroidery

In custom embroidery, your design is sewed onto your chosen garment using a needle and polyester thread (best suited for higher valued apparel).

At CEP Innovations, we use best in class Madeira threads and embroider machines (Barudan Brand) to decorate on most fabrics including: custom polos, hats, toques, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, and bags.

The cost of embroidery varies based on the number of stitches in a logo. The larger and more detailed the logo, the higher the stitch count will be. The average speed of our machines are 800 stitches per minute.

Type of Embroidery:

  • Flat Embroidery:
When a decorative stitch is applied directly to the apparel creating a flat design. Flat embroidery can be used for the most intricate designs without compromising the image which makes it the most popular decoration.
  • 3D Puff:
Is a technique where foam is inserted under the top stitch to raise the surface, giving a three-dimensional look to your embroidered designs. This 3D effect is becoming increasingly popular for hats.

Screen Printing

Screen printing is a great option for apparel such as t-shirts, hoodie, sweatshirts, long sleeves, sportswear and bags and when you are looking for 1-4 colours.

The process uses a screen and ink is pushed through the screen onto the garments. The garment is then put through a heater which the cures ink onto the garment.

Pricing: This process is used for each colour. Pricing is determined by colour and quantity. The fewer colours and the more pieces you buy, the cheaper the price for each apparel.
